These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Tarek Kharroubi (Sole Proprietor), operator of the Kharroubi Fiber Service app.
The app is for Kharroubi Fiber Service field technicians, supervisors, and dispatch staff. By signing in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Using the app
- Accounts are created by invitation from a Kharroubi Fiber Service administrator. Keep your password private.
- Record your time, mileage, and job progress accurately. Records are used for payroll and reimbursement.
- Use the app only for Kharroubi Fiber Service work, and don't try to access data or features outside your role.
SMS Terms
Program: Kharroubi Fiber Service Alerts sends job-related text messages to Kharroubi Fiber Service field technicians and staff: job assignment notifications, schedule updates for assigned jobs, shift start reminders, and time card and expense approval updates.
Consent: By providing a mobile number to Kharroubi Fiber Service, either on your profile in the app or through a Kharroubi Fiber Service administrator, you agree to receive these job-related text messages from Kharroubi Fiber Service Alerts. We do not send marketing messages.

- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You'll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to resume.

We work to keep the app available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or outages, and notifications can be delayed. For anything urgent on shift, call Kharroubi Fiber Service Dispatch.
